The World Trade Center Kochi is organizing a Workshop on “CRM using Machine Learning, Chatbots and NLP”. Numerous companies are faced with the issue of declining customer satisfaction index. Machine learning is improving this experience through personalization, customer behavior analytics and analytical optimization. Results include improved business metrics and KPIs, better sales revenues and overall happy customers.
Mr. N.R. Anantharamakrishnan, Principal Consultant, RAK Analytics Bangalore will be the faculty at the session. This workshop done jointly with Skill2Pro creative learning aims to design and implement an integrated solution for all customer interactions using Machine Learning, Chatbots, Speech technologies, Fuzzy technologies and NLP.
