We all are working from home and there is a sudden shift in the environment and conditions.  Maintaining work and home responsibilities and shifting these roles swiftly isn’t that easy as we think. The pandemic and the lockdown are also bringing a wide range of information about the world, health and our jobs. Knowingly or unknowingly there are changes happening in our mental health too. Our mental health is very vital in managing the stressors around us, coping with anxiety and to effectively manage our work and personal life. Mindfulness is an effective tool to manage all the above problems.

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-to-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment
