The second batch of the one day certified workshop on “Managerial Effectiveness” was held at Four Points by Sheraton,Infopark,Kochi. It was attended by participants from IT, travel, manufacturing, food processing, consultancies and real estate sectors. This activity oriented workshop was focused for entry and mid-level managers. Ms. Shiby P. K., Founder and Chief Mentor, Spinach was the faculty. Ms. Shiby through various group activities made the participants reflect upon their style of management. Managerial attributes like – leadership, teamwork, delegation of work, empathy etc. Certificates to all the attendees were presented at the end of the programme.
