Workshop on CRM using Machine Learning, Chatbots and NLP

The World Trade Center Kochi organized a full day certified workshop on CRM using Machine Learning, Chatbots and NLP. The workshop was an opportunity for IT professionals, mainly entry and mid-level, to upgrade their skills in Artificial Intelligence. The programme done in association with Skill2Pro Learning provided an overview on usage of machine learning and its tools to improve customer relationships. Mr. Anantharamakrishnan, Principal Consultant, RAK Analytics was the lead Speaker. He spoke on technologies such as Artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain, Deep Learning, Cloud computing etc. and how they are helping to minimize human intervention, efforts and costs in performing mundane tasks. Mr. Kannan Nanjappan, Director, RAK Analytics gave a live demonstration of how machine learning can be used to improve CRM using numerous tools such as Python, Jupiter Notebook, Eclipse, Java Developer kit and Flask. Participants were able to try out web scraping, macro recording etc. during the workshop.
