The workshop held at Courtyard by Marriott, Infopark, Kochi, brought together a full house of senior leaders across sectors including IT, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and consulting.

The session, conducted in collaboration with JSA Advocates & Solicitors, provided a practical overview of the four Labour Codes and their implications for businesses. Preetha Soman (Partner – Employment Laws Practice) and Aishwarya Maria Manjooran (Senior Associate – Employment Laws Practice) led an insightful discussion, breaking down key compliance requirements and the measures organizations should consider for implementation.

The programme opened with remarks by Vivek George (WTC Bengaluru–Chennai–Kochi) and concluded with a vote of thanks by April Varkey, WTC Kochi, followed by networking over high tea.
