The final edition of the Talent Experience Series explored how Kerala can position itself as a talent magnet in the years ahead. The session brought together top voices from Infopark, one of Kerala’s leading IT hubs, to discuss how workspaces must evolve as businesses grow, talent expectations change, and regions compete for skilled professionals.
The conversation offered a grounded view of what it will take to build a future-ready workspace. The panel discussed upcoming business developments in the state, what attracts or deters young talent, how Kerala can evolve into a vibrant career hub, and how organizations can adapt to new-gen workforce expectations.
