Brigade FM Connect 2025 at Kochi gathered senior leaders and facility managers from our tenant organizations for an evening of networking and knowledge-sharing. FM Connect is a specially curated event for facilities management leaders to spark conversations and build shared aspirations for the future.

The event featured presentations by Atul Kumar (COO - Facilities, Aureya FM), Sitanshu Shekhar (Vice President - Operations, Aureya FM), and Santhosh Cyriac (Asst. VP - Sales & Leasing, Brigade), who offered an overview into Aureya FM’s journey, its evolving property portfolio, and strategic initiatives shaping the future of facilities management. Discussions focused on key themes such as workplace safety, operational efficiency, sustainability, and digital transformation. 

The evening concluded with a soulful musical performance and networking over cocktails, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere for industry peers to connect and collaborate.
