The World Trade Center, in partnership with NASSCOM, organized an engaging cross-generational dialogue on how workplace success is being redefined across generations.

The session featured three articulate voices:

• Col. Sanjeev Nair, CEO of Technopark, representing Gen X, emphasized the importance of purpose-driven organisations and empowering Gen Z with the freedom to fail and grow.
• Real Prad, CEO of SayOne Technologies, representing Millennials, shared how success today is measured by impact, and how loyalty is increasingly tied to personal growth.

• Shruti Nair, Talent Development Lead at TCS, representing Gen Z, highlighted how asynchronous work, autonomy, and rapid feedback are reshaping career paths and expectations.

The conversation was moderated by Swapna Raghu Sanand, Podcaster and Brand Content Specialist, who brought out the nuances in each generational perspective.

Opening remarks were delivered by Hrishikesh Nair, WTC President, who drew a parallel between generational needs and Maslow’s hierarchy—from survival to self-actualization.

The session drew participation from CXOs, Directors, Partners, and senior managers across diverse sectors, making it a truly enriching conversation.
