The World Trade Center, in partnership with NASSCOM, organized an engaging cross-generational dialogue on how workplace success is being redefined across generations.
The session featured three articulate voices:
Shruti Nair, Talent Development Lead at TCS, representing Gen Z, highlighted how asynchronous work, autonomy, and rapid feedback are reshaping career paths and expectations.
The conversation was moderated by Swapna Raghu Sanand, Podcaster and Brand Content Specialist, who brought out the nuances in each generational perspective.
Opening remarks were delivered by Hrishikesh Nair, WTC President, who drew a parallel between generational needs and Maslow’s hierarchy—from survival to self-actualization.
The session drew participation from CXOs, Directors, Partners, and senior managers across diverse sectors, making it a truly enriching conversation.
Thank you to all who joined us and made this session a success!
