The World Trade Center Kochi organized a one day certified workshop on “Managerial Effectiveness”. The programme held at the Four Points by Sheraton had participation from industries such as IT, education, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing etc. It was an activity oriented and interactive session focused on entry and mid-level managers. Ms. Shiby P. K., Founder and Chief Mentor, Spinach was the faculty. Ms. Shiby touched upon the techniques to manage oneself and the organization. Through various group activities the participants were able to reflect upon their style of management. Managerial attributes like – leadership, teamwork, delegation of work, empathy etc. were discussed in detail though these activities.
